This is a fake wedding cake made of rice crispies. It was made for a hot outdoor wedding where one wouldn't want butter cream sitting out. The real cake was kept in the fridge until it was cut. This cake and a tiny place on the bottom tier marked for the bride and groom to cut during the cake cutting ceremony. The rice crispies had been removed from a wedge and replaced with cake in that spot. So clever. See artofdessert for more ideas.
